WHAT IS IT?

HEARTBUDDIES is a specially designed Circuit Class for Cardiac Rehabilitation and controlled heart conditions. The scheme runs alongside the Clacton,Colchester and London Chest Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Programmes. In addition to the circuit classes there is a fully equipped gym where you will be monitored during your workouts.

The founder of HEARTBUDDIES Janine Potter has chosen GYM4U to run her first Colchester scheme.

After finishing the hospital based rehabilitation programme, it is important to keep the heart active and to maintain the lifestyle changes that you have made. HEARTBUDDIES offers a Safe, Structured and Fun way to improve your health and build your fitness levels.

HEARTBUDDIES classes are co-ordinated by Janine Potter B.A.C.R. certified . Janine is a highly qualified and motivational instructor who is happy to help with any problems or queries you might have.

IN ADDITION

Regular attendance to the gym is also available to help maintain

improved fitness lifestyle.
