Each day you should make sure you eat a variety of foods, so you don't get bored with your meals. Breakfast is a must. It gives your body energy to start the day with a bang. Learn how to read ads, make sure they don't persuade you to eat rubbish. Aim to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day for glowing skin and healthy hair. Be sure to drink lots of water, it's great for your looks and a vital part of a healthy diet.
