Exercise Studio
With your safety in mind our studio is built on a fully sprung floor, this has allowed us to offer an exciting range of studio classes which range from the relaxed Pilates and Yoga to the energy pumping Pedalburn, Step and BodyPump. Classes cater for all age groups and abilities at times that suit you. TRANQUIL HANDS
TRANQUIL HANDS clients can experience the physiological and psychological benefits of massage through a range of treatments. Whether your aim is to treat minor injuries or ailments or simply to de-stress, there will be a therapy for you. Sports massage is also available for the sports enthusiast. For those who have just completed a hard work out or anyone suffering from a recent injury, cryotherapy (ice massage) is a great aid in pain reduction. Bar/Cafe
Enjoy meeting friend's and relaxing after a hard workout in our coffee bar / Energy Café. You can enjoy a range of hot and cold beverages including tea, coffee, soft drinks. We also have a new exciting selection of various energy snacks and drinks to compliment your workouts. Energy café products provide a balanced nutrient intake you require to maximise the training programmes set by our instructors.

Tanning Facility
Top up that tan in our solarium. We now have the most advanced lay-down sunbed from Holland, a Alisun with facials. So if you are missing out on that summer sun or wish to prepare for your holiday or just keep that tan from fading, book a course at reception, £35.00 for a block of 10 sessions for members. We also have a range of sun creams & tan accelerators available.

Changing Rooms
Our changing rooms offer showers, lockers and hairdryer. Earlier this year was the start of improvements to our changing areas, to add more colour and relaxation. We welcome members comments

Sauna
At GYM4U all members can use the Soft Heat Radiant sauna at no extra cost. The Soft Heat Radiant sauna enables you to experience the relaxation and exhilaration as well as the health and fitness benefits of thermal therapy. In the Soft Heat sauna the body is thoroughly cleansed and muscle ache disappears. Radiant heat therapy improves blood circulation and can produce relief for symptoms of many muscular skeletal problems, including arthritis, rheumatism and sciatica.

Sports Rehabilitation Clinic - Foster Physiotherapy
Back pain is a problem that effects thousands of people every day, but Neil our resident Physiotherapist and Rehabilitation specialist can also help other problems such as joint problems, neck pain, sports injuries, trapped nerves and much more. Treatment includes manipulation of joints and treatment of muscle dysfunction, incorporating exercise and rehabilitation.

The cost of treatment is covered by most health insurance's (some exclusions may apply).
