Exercise Studio
With your safety in mind our studio is built on a fully sprung floor, this has allowed us to offer an exciting range of studio classes which range from the relaxed Pilates and Yoga to the energy pumping Pedalburn, Step and Overload. Classes cater for all age groups and abilities at times that suit you. Treatments & Massage
Facial Toning (non surgical face lift), Masssage, Power Plate, Toning Tables, Detox Box, & Sunbed are available at our sister company which is at 29c Peartree Business Centre, Peartree Road, Stanway, Colchester CO3 0JN. call on 01206 546414

Bar/Cafe
Enjoy meeting friend's and relaxing after a hard workout in our coffee bar / Energy Café. You can enjoy a range of hot and cold beverages including tea, a variety of coffee types and soft drinks. We also have a new exciting selection of various energy snacks and drinks to compliment your workouts. Energy café products provide a balanced nutrient intake you require to maximise the training programmes set by our instructors.

Tanning Facility
Top up that tan in our solarium. We now have an advanced lay-down sunbed from Holland, a Alisun with facials. So if you are missing out on that summer sun or wish to prepare for your holiday or just keep that tan from fading, book a course at reception, £35.00 for a block of 10 sessions for members. We also have a range of sun creams & tan accelerators available.

Changing Rooms
Our changing rooms offer a warm enviroment to change and shower, and have lockers and hairdryer.

Sports Rehabilitation Clinic - Foster Physiotherapy
Back pain is a problem that effects thousands of people every day, but Neil our resident Physiotherapist and Rehabilitation specialist can also help other problems such as joint problems, neck pain, sports injuries, trapped nerves and much more. Treatment includes manipulation of joints and treatment of muscle dysfunction, incorporating exercise and rehabilitation.

The cost of treatment is covered by most health insurance's (some exclusions may apply).
