GYM4U is an educationally based Health and Fitness Facility. Our aim is to continue the development of a thriving facility where the emphasis is on offering educationally sound Health and Fitness knowledge, providing exercise programmes in a safe environment.

• Members will be continually learning throughout their exercise programme, so as more positive progression will be made and the correct physical benefits will result.
• To make available the opportunity for all age groups and all fitness levels to work out.
