Some people don't like eating breakfast. There's not enough time, I'm not hungry, it's too early. But breakfast is a very important meal and one that everyone should fit into their lifestyle. A proper breakfast will set you up for the day, adding that little bit extra into your fitness programme. Your body would have been fasting while you sleep, a breakfast is required to replenish your body's glucose levels which would have dropped to a low point. Your body needs nourishment in the morning to provide fuel to function.
